About the Event

Della, the founder of Love Yourself Anyway, helps us understand the importance of self-compassion and positive self-talk today, along with a range of methods we can easily implement in our daily lives. We need to feel good and stay strong in a time like this, physically and mentally.

Della creates and facilitates life-changing emotional wellness and personal growth programs. She is curious about the human condition, and her work explores human behaviour, emotional wellness, mindfulness, self-compassion and resilience. She is fascinated with what holds us back, what makes us thrive and how to live a life we are inspired by!
